'Pat' his call sign while in the Navy

A little over 6 years ago, Pat retired from a career as a Naval aviator. After completing his MBA from a top university, there were job offers to fly commercially, or to do your everyday, corporate jobs. Instead of going with the sure thing, Pat chose to pursue a lifelong dream of demystifying Indian Food for the American consumer. And CurrEEheads everywhere sure are glad he did.

Pat has a passion for Indian food and is hands-on with all recipes prepared at TUN-DU-REE everyday. After all, his goal was to bring an authentic product to his customers. Whether it’s grinding the spice blends by hand, or working with new team members on making everything just right, Pat takes active pride in everything TUN-DU-REE produces.
